St. Valentine's Day Massacre
Two Capone henchmen dressed in Chicago police uniforms walk into a booze depot owned by rival gangster George Bugs Moran. In an attempt to assassinate Moran, who was thought to be among the men inside the depot, the fake cops lined the victims against the wall, and aided 2 assassins carrying Thompson sub-machine guns in their execution.
FBI's Capture of Capone
Although the FBI knew Capone was guilty of several crimes, federal jurisdiction at the time did not allow them to pursue the notorious gangster. However, in 1929, Capone finally slipped up and was captured for contempt of court and tax evasion.
